Mitigating building disruption and coordinating multiple specialist contractors to successfully deliver their service of supply amongst tight design, logistical & programme constraints, whilst meeting all HSE and technical compliance in the process, is a difficult task for anyone.
We see it as our responsibility to commit to programme dates which directly relate to our service of supply, and constructively communicate through weekly planning and reporting procedures.
Our acceptance for CDM responsibility when working for End User clients expresses our view of design that considers logistics, plant replacement strategies, temporary work requirements, accessibility during installation & maintenance, and commissioning strategies up to IST.
As a specialist provider of Generator Solutions, it is our obligation to accept Contractor Design Portion (CDP) responsibilities with MEP contractors, and work with the wider design team during technical submission handling and project design coordination.
